I have a great love for science and research, and have always been interested in food and cooking, so was naturally drawn to study dietetics. I enjoy translating current evidence and research meaningfully to empower clients to make positive decisions about their diet and health.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking or trying new restaurants with my friends, visiting my nieces and nephews as well as the odd pilates or yoga class.
Positive, motivated, compassionate, Aunty.
Since graduating from Nutrition and Dietetics at Monash in 2017, I have worked in regional NSW (aged care, private practice specialising in bariatric surgery, special needs school) and Monash University. I gained exceptional knowledge in food intolerance and FODMAPs through my recent work as clinical trial coordinator within the Monash University low FODMAP diet team.
I am currently working part time at Diet Solutions and also with an Aboriginal community service. In my community role I have been working with people with a variety of conditions, including diabetes, pregnancy concerns, chronic disease and weight concern.
My role at Diet Solutions includes a position as Research Coordinator. I am always seeking new avenues to help patients and my research coordinator role enables me to develop projects so that we can learn more about clinical presentations and predicting the most effective dietary therapies.
