My love of science, cooking and health is what drew me originally to dietetics.
In my work with clients, I place strong focus on an individual, client centered approach to generating specific and achievable goals for each individual. Creating positive experiences around food is an area that I am particularly passionate about.

As well as working at Diet Solutions as a consulting dieititian since 2015, I have also worked across various research projects at Melbourne University looking at both osteoarthritis in the hip and knee, as well the influence of diet and exercise programs delivered via telehealth.
Additionally, I consult weekly in the community setting for Cobaw Community Health.
