Telehealth Appointments Available
We offer consultations via Zoom or telephone for those who prefer remote access. This option is particularly helpful for clients living interstate, overseas, or those unable to attend in-person appointments.
Many of our clients find virtual consultations just as effective as face-to-face sessions.Appointments can be booked online or by calling our reception team on 1300 422 498.
You don’t need a referral to see a dietitian. However, any relevant test results or notes from your GP or specialist can be useful for your assessment.
Rebates are available through most private health funds if you have extras cover—please check with your provider.Alternatively, your GP may determine you're eligible for a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP) (formerly known as an EPC or care plan), which can provide Medicare rebates for a limited number of dietitian sessions each year. This must be arranged by your GP before your appointment.
Payment is required at the conclusion of your consultation
If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible on 1300 422 498 so that we are able to arrange another time for you and offer this time to someone else. Please note that a cancellation fee of $50 applies if
you fail to give 24 hrs notice.
Zoom / telephone (telehealth) consultations are available for all appointments. A great option for those you live away from clinic locations, or simply find online more convenient.
