I’ve been supporting individuals with gut health concerns for over 20 years, and continue to find this area of dietetics both fascinating and deeply rewarding. I completed my Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at Deakin University in 2000, and have been part of the Diet Solutions team since 2017.
What I love most about my work is helping people move from a place of food fear or frustration to one of clarity, confidence, and enjoyment. Managing gut symptoms often means more than just changing what you eat — it’s also about restoring your relationship with food, and supporting your emotional wellbeing along the way.
I take a holistic and compassionate approach, and believe that health is about so much more than just symptom control — it's about helping people feel like themselves again.
Positive. Holistic. Compassionate. Mother.
I completed my Master of Nutrition and Dietetics at Deakin University in 2000 and have worked across both clinical and private practice settings ever since.
Earlier in my career, I worked at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, and contributed to nutrition research within the Department of Gastroenterology at Box Hill Hospital. These experiences sparked and cemented my interest in gastrointestinal nutrition — particularly in the management of Coeliac Disease, IBS, and food intolerances.
Today, I continue to work closely with clients navigating complex gut health issues, blending scientific knowledge with a calm, empathetic presence.
