About Me

Since graduating from Deakin University, I have been working in private practice, joining the Diet Solutions team in 2018.

My strong interest in gastrointestinal health began in 2012 when I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).  As a result, I have a first-hand understanding of what it is like struggling with food intolerances and I feel fortunate to be in the position to help others in similar situations.

In addition to my interest in gastrointestinal nutrition, I am passionate about helping people to achieve their health and weight goals. This is done using evidence-based strategies alongside a non-diet approach to establish a healthy relationship with food in order to maintain positive long term health outcomes.

Curious. Plant lover. Holistic. Caring
