Baked honey and garlic chicken

Serves 2

Low Histamine


3 tbs butter / olive oil

1 ½ tbs garlic powder

2 tsp dried rosemary

½ cup honey

6 skinless chicken thighs

pinch salt

pinch black pepper (optional)


1. Heat the oven to 190°C.

2. Add herbs, spices and butter / olive oil to a large pan over medium heat and cook until lightly bubbling for about 1 minute.

3. Stir through honey, bring to a boil then reduce heat to low.

4. Coat each piece of chicken in the sauce.

5. Pop chicken pieces into a baking dish and pour the rest of the sauce over the top.

6. Bake in oven until cooked, about 30 minutes.

7. Before serving, turn the chicken pieces through sauce with tongs to get another good coating.

Serve with...
