2 cups of cauliflower, cut into large pieces
2 tbs tahini
1.5 tbs olive oil
1 tsp apple cider
½ clove garlic (optional)
pinch of salt
pinch of turmeric / sweet paprika
1. Heat oven to 200C.
2. Add cauliflower to a lined baking tray, drizzle with 1/2 tbs oil and roast for 30 minutes. Leave to cool.
3. Add to a blender or food processer along with cider, tahini, olive oil, +/- garlic and salt and blend until smooth and well combined.
4. Serve sprinkled with turmeric or sweet paprika.
