Choc-coconut chia

Gluten free*



2 tbs of chia seeds⁠

½ cup coconut milk

½ tsp maple syrup, 100% pure⁠

½ tbs cocoa powder, unsweetened⁠

½ tsp vanilla essence⁠

fruit to serve⁠⁠


⁠1. In a bowl, combine the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla essence.

2. Stir well with a fork to combine.⁠

3. Leave in the fridge overnight

4. Serve with fruit and/or yoghurt of your choice the next day.⁠
