Vegan protein smoothie bowl

Serves 1

Low Histamine



1 cup frozen blueberries

½ cup non-dairy milk

½ tsp chia seeds

2 tbs oats

1 tsp maple syrup

2 tbs nut / seed butter (optional)


1. Blend the oats until that make an oat flour.

2. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

3. Pour into serving bowl and pop on any toppings you like / can tolerate.


Depending on your blender, you may find that you need to take the oat flour out first before blending it all together so it doesn't get stuck at the bottom.
